Easy Alligator Kill
When fighting the gator, and he starts coming towards you, go and inspect the yellow light on the left wall. Then, the light will fall off and the gator will eat it. Now while the light is in its mouth, shoot it and the gator will explode.

Gatling Gun
Complete either characters second scenario without saving the game in under 2½ hours with an 'A' or 'B' ranking for the special gatling gun. The special weapon will be available in the next game after the first chest is opened.

Unlimited Ammo
Press Start in gameplay. Then press up, up, down, down, down, left, right, R, and then you will have infinite ammo.

Safe Combination
The combination to the safe in front of the chief's desk at the police office is 4542. Open it to find shotgun shells and a map.

Under the S.T.A.R.S. desk can you find a secret box of ammo. You have to seek very good though.

Unlimited Weapons
Complete either character's first scenario without saving the game in under 2.5 hours with an A or B ranking for the special rocket launcher. Complete either character's second scenario without saving the game in under 2.5 hours with an A or B ranking for the special gatling gun. Complete either character's second scenario without saving the game in under 3 hours with a A or B ranking for the special machine gun. The special weapon will appear in the next game after the first chest is opened.

New Outfits
All you have to do is play the game at 'Normal'. Next, do not pick up anything during Scenario A's run to the Police Station. If you did it right, then the two zombies in the yard before the police station will be gone and replaced with Brad Vickers in the tunnel. He uses a lot of bullets. So before confronting him, go inside and grab the package of bullets off the counter in the station at where the computer is located.

Rocket Launcher
Beat scenario A on Normal difficulty level in less than 2½ hours with an 'A' ranking. Then, save your game and the rocket launcher will be located in your storage box.

Shoot the Screen
While playing Leon's scenario, take the infinite ammunition shotgun and go to the roof where the helicopter crashed. Stand near the door leading inside, and make sure that a close-up view of Leon appears. Then, aim the shotgun at the screen and fire. Bullet holes will now appear. Note: This may also be done at any location where Leon can aim at the screen with the shotgun.
